Andrea Martinucci

He is a visual artist living and working between Milan and Rome. His work has been exhibited in institutions and experimental spaces such as Institut Français-Palazzo delle Stelline (Milan, 2016); IIC Los Angeles (Los Angeles, 2022); Mattatoio (Rome, 2016); Palazzo Reale (Milan, 2019); Tang Contemporary Art (Hong Kong, 2020); FuturDome (Milan, 2017); Palazzo delle Esposizioni (Rome, 2012); VUNU Gallery (Kosice, 2020); ZETA Contemporary Art Center (Tirana, 2021); Museo d’Arte Contemporanea di Villa Croce (Genoa, 2012); Museo d’Arte e Archeologia della Maremma (Grosseto, 2017); Fondazione Pastificio Cerere (Rome, 2012); and In De Ruimte Space (Ghent, 2019).

In 2020, he was among the winners of Cantica21. Italian Contemporary Art Everywhere (MAECI-DGSP/MiC-DGCC) with Turbomondi (Melodia), a video installation destined for the public collection of the Istituto Centrale per la Grafica, Rome. He has taken part in various projects, including: Tonight we are young – New Italian Art, Triennale (Milan, 2022); Fenomeno Pasquarosa, La Fondazione – Fondazione Nicola Del Roscio (Rome, 2020); MANIFesta – Iniziative di II, MACRO – Museo d’Arte Contemporanea di Roma (Rome, 2021); Rereading the Archive, Fondazione ICA (Milan, 2022); and SPRINT, O’ Space (Milan, 2017).
