Her artistic training has been influenced by three different cities and paths: Catania, where she earned a degree in Modern Literature, giving her a purely humanistic and literary foundation; London, where she approached painting as a means of personal expression through short courses at Chelsea College of Arts and Central Saint Martins; and finally Rome, where she refined her technique by attending the studio of artist Claudio Valenti and workshops with international painters such as David Jon Kassan, Carmen Mansilla, and Vincent Desiderio, enriching her self-taught journey.
At the center of her work is oil portraiture, though here it is merely a pretext. Technique becomes the theme: control as a necessity expressed through the stylization of poses, icy faces, and the freezing of a mood.
Her studio is located in Rome within the independent space Ombrelloni. In recent years, she has participated in several group exhibitions: 2022, Visages, Nero Gallery, Rome; 2022, The Milky Way VERA, Galleria Alessandra Bonomo, Rome, curated by Damiana Leoni; 2022, UNCONVENTIONAL STILL LIFE, NP ArtLab, Padua; 2021, Materia Nova, Galleria d’Arte Moderna, Rome, curated by Massimo Mininni.
